You should bring strong engangement, teamwork, customer focus and expertise in the field of sustainable construction.

The following skills are an advantage:

• Basic knowledge on energy efficiency and sustainability
• Calculation according to German energy regulations EnEV
• Application of simulation tools in architecture and urban design (thermal dynamic building simulation, daylight simulation, building physical simulation, urban (microclimate) simulation or others)
• Knowledge in certification systems (DGNB, BNB, LEED, BREEAM or others)
• Studies in architecture, civil engineering, energy technology, urban design or similar
• Experience in the realisation of projects
